Preventing terrorist attacks remains the FBI's top priority. This includes countering both international and domestic extremist threats. With these threats evolving each day, the FBI continues to work to adapt and stay ahead of these dangers.

SSA Morgan Spurlock is the Supervisor of the Joint Terrorism Task Force in the Cincinnati Field Office. He will present an overview of domestic terrorism and the different kind of threats we face domestically including racially or ethnically motivated violent extremism and anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists.

Morgan Spurlock was born in Chicago, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting, while also studying Arabic, from DePaul University. Prior to working for the FBI, Mr. Spurlock spent four years in public accounting. Mr. Spurlock has worked in the Counterterrorism Division in both the FBI Pittsburgh and FBI Chicago Field Offices. Mr. Spurlock is currently stationed at FBI Cincinnati as the Joint Terrorism Task Force Supervisor where he is responsible for international and domestic terrorism investigations, weapons of mass destruction investigations, and special events in the Cincinnati area.
