Susan B Noonan, President

Susan Noonan is the President of the FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy Alumni Association. She graduated in 2000 from the Citizens Academy and resides in Cincinnati. She holds her Master in Criminal Justice from University of Cincinnati and enjoys giving back to her community through her volunteer work. Susan is an active member of the Woman's City Club, serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for The Cincinnatus Association, and serves as the Vice Chairperson for the Greater Cincinnati Sports Corporation, in addition to her work for the FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy Alumni Association. Susan enjoys spending time with friends and family. 

Shannon Culp, Vice President (Cincinnati)

Shannon serves as one of the Vice Presidents on the FBICCAAA having graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2001 and supports the Membership and Communications Committees. She has served on the Board of Directors for the FBICCAAA since 2005, and in 2019 she supported the transition of the FBICCAAA to our current member management software. Shannon is currently the Director of Global Information & Cybersecurity Governance & Awareness at Archer Daniels Midland Company. 


Barbi Crabill, Vice President (Columbus)

Barbi Crabill currently serves as Vice President – Columbus of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association which include guiding the Columbus Leadership Team.  She is a 2015 Citizens Academy Columbus graduate and was elected to the Board in 2016.  She is a Columbus native and a proud graduate of the Ohio State University with a BA in History.  Barbi retired from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) in 2011 after 34+ years of State government service, which includes 6 years at the Ohio Department of MH & MR/DD in Columbus & Tiffin Ohio.  Since retiring, Barbi has immersed herself in volunteer service.  She is the proud mother of Molly and Jason (Melanie) and Bubbe (Grandma) to Lilly.

Jackie Patrick, Secretary & Fundraising

Jackie graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2013. She joined the Board of Directors in 2019 as the Secretary and supports the Fundraising Committee. Jackie is currently the Senior Sales Vice President for Star One Realtors where she has worked for 18 years. She has served the RealtorĀ® organization in a variety of capacities, including Chair of the Golf Committee, serving on the Professional Standards committee, and the MLS users committee. Out of over 5,000+ REALTORSĀ®, Jackie was named the 2020 RealtorĀ®-of-the-Year/Sales.


Ryan Treptow, Treasurer

Ryan graduated from the Columbus Citizens Academy in 2017 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021 as the Treasurer. In 2019, Ryan supported the transition of the Cincinnati chapter to our current membership management platform. He is currently the Data Protection Manager at Huntington National Bank and holds degrees in Computer Information Systems and Management Information Systems. Ryan enjoys spending time with family, camping, and fishing. 


Mark Rush, National Liaison (FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association)

Mark Rush graduated from the Columbus Citizens Academy in 2013. Mark joined the Board of Directors in 2013. He serves on the Columbus Leadership Team and is the liaison to the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association. In 2019, he led the team supporting the transition of the FBICCAAA to our current membership management system. Mark is a First Aid Team Supervisor (EMT-B) for the American Red Cross and the Auxiliary Staff Major for the Ohio State Highway Patrol. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies, a Master of Music in Music Composition, and a PhD in Music Theory. Mark has a German Shepherd and enjoys spending time with his family.



Shannon Berry, Newsletter Publisher

Shannon Berry is the Director of Operations for Free Signal TV, a company that she and her husband started together eight years ago. The company specializes in advanced entertainment solutions for home and travel. Prior to that role, she worked at a local advertising agency for over a decade, where she developed National advertising campaigns that appeared in Oprah Magazine, Entrepreneur, Fortune, Money, Bloomberg Businessweek, Good Housekeeping, Redbook, Seventeen, and Woman’s Day magazines. In the community, Shannon has been a volunteer with the Women’s Crisis Center as a Hospital Advocate for the past seven years, where she meets victims in the ER when they have been sexually assaulted or abused. She also serves on the Legislation and Policy Committee for End Slavery Cincinnati, and is scheduled to speak to several state lawmakers later this month regarding Labor Trafficking in Ohio. Shannon is a graduate of the 2017 FBI Cincinnati Citizens Academy, serves on the FBICCAAA Communications Committee and is the Newsletter Publisher. Her passion is travel, and has trips planned to visit France, Spain, Italy, Jordan, Israel and Qumran in the coming months. 

Sharlene Boltz

Profile photo of Sharlene Graham BoltzSharlene Boltz graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2012 and serves on the Governance committee as well as the Program & Events committee. She is a Professor of Law at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University; is the co-Founder and co-Chair of the Response Initiative Guiding Human Trafficking Services, known as RIGHTS; and has developed a comprehensive protocol for responding to human trafficking victims in the Northern Kentucky Regio and providing training to law enforcement and community organizations. She serves on the Kentucky Milti-Disciplinary Taskforce on Human Trafficking and recently completed her term as President of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Alliance for Ending Sexual Violence.

Donald Bush

Donald Bush graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2018 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021 where he serves on the Membership Committee. He is the Employee Relations Advisor for Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley and studied Organizational Management at Wilberforce University.




Josh Del Vesco, Information Technology

Josh Del Vesco graduated from the Columbus Citizens Academy in 2017 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021 leading the Information Technology committee. He also serves on the Communications committee and the Columbus Leadership Team. Josh is the Director of Technical Account Management at Tanium. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Masters of Information Systems Management. He regularly volunteers for the Memorial Tournament held in Dublin, OH and is the serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Vinmar Farms Association.

Rhonda Holyfield-Mangieri, Strategic Planning

Rhonda graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2019 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021. She serves on the Strategic Planning committee and the Communications committee. She has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and a Master's in Guidance and Counselling. Prior to her retirement, she was a Senior HR Director for Avery Dennison. She serves on Cincinnatus Association's Executive Committee and volunteers for IFI and AARP. She also provides leadership development training to nonprofit organizations and resume and career support for individuals. 

Kathy Marshalek, Membership

Kathleen Marshalek is Director of the Ohio Export Assistance Network of the Ohio SBDC at the Entrepreneurs’ Center. She attended the FBI Cincinnati Citizen Academy in 2016.  She is active in the FBICCAAA attending monthly programs, volunteering annually for the coat drive distribution, and participates on the fundraising committee for the annual TopGolf fundraiser.  Kathy became an FBICCAAA board member and membership committee co-chair in 2021. Ms. Marshalek resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and has a daughter.  She enjoys volunteering and mentoring, music, art, spending time at the beach, and traveling the globe.

Kimberly Munafo, Fundraising

She enjoys inspiring and encouraging others in a collaborative team environment. Currently she is the Vice President of Development, Marketing & Communications at Great Miami Valley YMCA. Kim graduated from the Cincinnati Citizens Academy in 2006 and supports the Fundraising and Membership Committees.
